REGISTRATION POLICY

You MUST register before TWO WEEKS PRIOR to the class. If less than 2 weeks, please call or text (267) 269-7388 to verify the class is still on.

You have the option to pay online at the rate listed for the class or pay a discounted rate if you pay in full, in cash, on the first day of the class. Your receipt of payment is your confirmation of attendance.

Please note: If you register and pay for a class and you fail to attend without notifying us at least 2 days prior to the class, you are liable for full payment. No credit or refund will be given!

All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the class and only after payment is made in full.

You may call the office at 267-269-7388 to confirm registration for the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel the class when the required minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be given and the participant will receive full credit towards another class.

Any scheduled class that has not reached its minimum attendance 14 days prior, MAY be canceled.

Cancellations received at least 5 working days prior to the class are refundable less a $40 administrative charge per registrant. For cancellations received in less than 5 days, a refund will be made less 50% of the class fee.

Please note: If you register and pay for a class and you fail to attend without notifying us at least 2 days prior to the class, you are liable for full payment. No credit or refund will be given!

All returned checks will be assessed a $65 insufficient funds fee.
