Myofascial Release of the Neck and Shoulders: $150 The student will learn how to perform MFR on all the muscles that control the Back, neck and shoulders. We will discuss the muscles involved and the specific locations where to apply the technique. It teaches the therapist the anatomy, properties and function of fascia and how to manipulate it to break up adhesions, scar tissue and increase range. 6 ce hours

Myofascial Release of the Hips and Knees: $150 The student will learn how to perform MFR on all the muscles that control the hips, knees and ankles. We will discuss the muscles involved and the specific locations where to apply the technique. 6 ce hours

Reiki 1 - $135. Prerequisites: None. This is the first of a three part series of classes that teaches the student how to use energy in the healing process. The student will be attuned at this level. At the completion of this course, an individual will be a certified Reiki 1 Practitioner and may practice this healing work on themselves and other individuals. 4 ce's

Reiki 2 - $135. Prerequisites: Reiki level 1. This second class in the series teaches the student 3 Reiki symbols, when and how to use these symbols effectively and how to use Reiki for long distance healing. The student will be attuned at the Reiki 2 level. At the completion of this course, the student will be certified as a Reiki 2 Practitioner and may continue the practice of energy healing on a wider scale. 4 ce's

Reiki 3 - $175. Prerequisites: Reiki level 2. Also known as Reiki Master-Teacher level, this is the last in the series of Reiki attunements. In this class the individual will learn two additional Reiki symbols and will receive their final attunement. At the completion of this course, the student will be a certified Reiki Master-Teacher and will have the knowledge and understanding of the Reiki method of healing in order to effectively teach all three Reiki levels. 4 ce's

Hot Stone Massage: $135 The student will learn the proper way to perform this modality. We will discuss contraindication, pathologies that would be contraindicated as well as learning the benefits and indications of a hot stone treatment. 4 ce hours

Pregnancy Massage: $135 The student will learn how to safely perform a massage on an expectant mother. We will discuss common myths regarding massage on a pregnant woman. The class teaches the benefits, contraindications, changes in the expectant mother and draping procedures. It also includes massage techniques to use and avoid and covers Chinese medicine points that could possibly induce labor or cause other complications. 4 ce hours

Ethics Including Roles and Boundaries: $135 The student will learn the ethical and moral way to act as a therapist and how to apply ethical principle in business. This class meets all the requirements of NCBTMB and the state of Pennsylvania. 4 ce hours

Applications of Energy Techniques: $150

Have you ever wanted to learn more about energy?
Have you ever wanted to help someone using energetic techniques?
Do you want to know how to read a person's energy with absolute accuracy?

Come to this class and you will leave having accomplished all these! This is a 2 day workshop; both days are 5 hours long with a 45 minute lunch break. Lunch is on your own. This class teaches how to get to the ROOT CAUSE of physical pain.

This class is like NO OTHER class you ever attended. The student will learn a revolutionary new method of application of metaphysical principles. You will discover in depth information on Traditional Chinese Medicine and how to read a person’s body with ultimate accuracy.

You will learn how to perform an emotional release technique which will help relieve pain, discomfort and give that person more range of motion. You will also learn how to balance the chakras using a pendulum and various energy techniques. All students will learn an energy technique that will show that they may be performing massage in a way that may not
be as helpful to the client.

This class has had many therapists change the way they perform their massage routine! You don't want to miss this workshop!

Effective Techniques for the rotator Cuff: $150 The student will learn how to effectively assist someone with most shoulder injuries, including rotator cuff issues. We will discuss the muscles involved in all movements of the shoulders. It teaches the therapist the anatomy, properties and function of fascia and how to manipulate it to break up adhesions, scar tissue and increase range. 6 ce hours

CPR-Adult and AED - $75. Prerequisites: None. This course is sponsored by the southeastern Pennsylvania chapter of the American Red Cross. The instructor is a certified instructor to teach the class. This class is approximately 3 hours in duration and will teach the student how to effectively give cpr and rescue breaths to an individual who suddenly takes ill. The student will learn how to save a choking victim as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The certification will be valid for a 2 year period following the completion of this course.

First Aid, CPR-Adult and AED - $100. Prerequisites: None. This course is sponsored by the southeastern Pennsylvania chapter of the American Red Cross. The instructor is a certified instructor to teach the class. This class is approximately 4 hours in duration and will teach the student how to effectively provide basic first aid to victims of injuries, It will also teach the student how to give cpr and rescue breaths to an individual who suddenly takes ill. The student will learn how to save a choking victim as well as how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The certification will be valid for a 2 year period following the completion of this course.

Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation. You may call the office at 267-269-7388 to confirm registration for the class.

We reserve the right to cancel the class when the required minimum enrollment is not met. Earliest notification will be given and the participant will be given the option of a full refund or a credit towards another class.

Cancellations received at least 5 working days prior to the class are refundable less a $20 administrative charge per registrant. For cancellations received in less than 5 days, a refund will be made less 50% of the class fee per participant. If you pay for a class and fail to attend, you forfeit the entire cost of the class. Please note that if you register and do not attend and do not notify us prior to the class, you are still liable for full payment.

All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion upon completion of the entire class and only after payment in full. The certificates will be available at the end of the class for those who are registered and paid in full 21 calendar days prior to the date of the class. Anyone registering or paying after the 21-day point will have their certificates mailed to an address provided by them at the class.

All returned checks will be assessed a $35 insufficient funds fee.
